Parking Services

To provide exceptional parking and customer services to the Mayor, Council Offices, City Departments and the general public in an efficient and cost effective manner while maximizing the revenue potential of all City-owned parking facilities and providing a safe and secure means of parking.

Public Parking

The L.A. Mall

225 N. Los Angeles St.
Public parking on P1 Level, Monday to Friday, 5 A.M. – 6 P.M. (Vehicles left in the garage after 6 P.M. may be cited and towed). The rate is $2.75 each 20 minutes, to a maximum of $17.00 per day. Electric Vehicle chargers are available for use by authorized/permitted vehicles.

Lot 2

300 E. Temple St.
Flat rate of $9.00 Monday – Friday, 5 A.M. to 3:30 P.M.

Lot 7

140 N. Judge John Aiso St.
(between Temple and First St.) $7.00 Flat after 5:00 P.M. Monday – Friday and 8:00 A.M. – 8:00 P.M. Saturday and Sunday.

Pershing Square Garage

530 S Olive St.
$3.00 each 15 minutes and $20.00 max. After 5:00 p.m. and weekends $9.00

Visitor Parking

City Hall East

200 N. Los Angeles St.
Visitor parking is on Level P-2, City Hall East, entering through Temple Street, 5 A.M. – 6 P.M., arranged through an authorized person from the department being visited by calling parking services at (213) 978-2777. Electric Vehicle chargers are available for use by authorized/permitted vehicles.

Employee Parking

City Hall East

201 N. Los Angeles St.
(between Temple and First St.) Level P2, P3, and P4. (Permit Only). Electric Vehicle chargers are available for use by authorized/permitted vehicles.

Lot 7
